Appointments can be scheduled up to 24 hours prior on our site. For all same day appointments, please call us for any available last minute appointments.
Due to limited space, we suggest bringing no more than 6 people with you to your appointment. Larger parties may be scheduled during closed hours to ensure space availability.
Since ordering your gown can take between 3 to 6 months to arrive, we recommend that you book your appointment 7 to 10 months prior to your event date to avoid perhaps limiting your selection of dresses as well as to have time to plan for alterations.
Most of our gowns are
made-to-order, meaning that there is no stock of your gown and the making of the gown begins once you place your order.
That said, we always have a good selection of gowns that we can sell
off-the-rack for brides looking to get married quickly or we can look into ordering with a rush on certain designers.
Walk-ins are welcome with the understanding that you may need to wait or schedule in person for the next available appointment. We will need to complete our appointment form prior to trying on gowns (wedding date, venue, etc)
We totally get it, life happens! However, we are a small boutique store who takes a limited amount of brides a day. Please take your fitting time seriously and reschedule/cancel your appointment 24 hours before if a conflict comes up.

You can bring pictures of dresses you have seen on our website, in magazines, on social media, or that you’ve tried on elsewhere.
We also suggest that you bring nude or white undergarments. This may include a strapless bra, underwear, and/or shapewear, and shoes at the desired height you wish to have at your wedding. You may also want to bring an elastic hairband if you plan to wear your hair up. Above all, be sure to bring an open mind as our consultants may surprise you with a style you were not even expecting to look so good!
Additionally, don’t be surprised if you find “the dress” on your first visit to Victoria Grace. Love at first sight is possible!
As for who should come with you, we recommend bringing the closest friends or family members whose opinion you value, who know you well and with whom you want to share the experience of buying your wedding gown. Bringing more than 3 or 4 people can take the focus off of you and you may get lost in different opinions instead of listening more to your heart's desires. At the end of the day, this is *your* wedding!
Our made-to-order gowns range from $850 - $1,800, with the bulk of our gowns being in the $900 - $1,500 range. That said, for a time crunch, we also always have some off-the-rack sample gowns that are available for immediate purchase and that range from $250 - $1,800.
Our dress samples range from size 4 - 28, with the majority of our gowns between sizes 10 - 16. but please note that your custom gown can be ordered up to a size 34, depending on the designer. If your sizing is outside the range mentioned above, we have creative ways of making sure you can experience trying on dresses that are of a smaller or larger size to your frame.
Victoria Grace does not offer in-house alteration services, however we work closely with a local seamstress. Planning ahead gives you plenty of time for alterations. We recommend selecting a seamstress with experience in bridal gowns.
When you buy your gown, you'll have to sign a contract and put down a 50% deposit. This is because your one-of-a-kind dress takes manpower to create, so designers need a down payment to start production.
All sales are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges.
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
You have the option to pay monthly while you wait for your gown to arrive or pay the balance at the time of pick up.
Please do not wear heavy makeup, heavy deodorant or heavy perfume as these items can stain and ruin our gowns. Please remove bracelets and excessive jewelry. Please do not get a spray tan within 3 days of your appointment.
